The ETL reduces the typical 12-hour investment for a computer class to a 3-hour investment. In the past, the executive had to fight the Knoxville traffic for 1 hour down, sit in a class with other people from other companies with other needs and other questions for 4 hours, and then fight the Knoxville traffic for 1 hour back to work. The next day, you repeat the 6-hour investment. Your total investment of 12 hours gives you the mainstream information of an 8-hour class. Now the executive has more CHOICES and thus more control. The CB's are another excellent SOLUTION . With Consulting Blocks, we again come to you. Your decision-maker splits up the consulting/training time as needed. Example: You want to use 8 hours next Thursday of a 40-hour block. You call us a few days before and schedule the time. We come to your company Thursday morning and report to the decision-maker, who gives us an assignment list. It reads: 15 mins. w/ Susan explaining MS Mail; 2 hrs. w/ Dan and Kevin working w/ advanced macros for Excel; 1 hr. w/ Pete introducing Windows; 45 mins. w/ Stacy streamlining specific job function; etc. At the end of the day, the decision-maker gets a typed report of the highlights of the days events. The reports include objective insights such as: "Susan fully understands MS Mail and could help others if they have problems; Dan needs more help w/ the macros, but Kevin, on the other hand, will now be a valuable resource for eliminating repetitious work by writing macros for others; Pete understands Windows and is ready to move on to Excel and Word; Stacy has great software knowledge, but needs a spread sheet instead of a word processor".
